JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai within the Telecommunications/IT sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Networking technical solutions and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing IT expert knowledge and support throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and the engineering team, ensuring that all customer requirements are understood and addressed.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) in a timely manner.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development and service enhancements.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to guide future sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Telecom and IT Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role, preferably in the Industrial Networking, Wireless, and CCTV field.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, IT solutions, Networking and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Preferably Zoho) and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Bonus according to sales revenue
