JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer / Tele Sales professional to join our real estate team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our real estate business and develop valuable sales skills in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and generate leads.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to understand their real estate needs and provide relevant information.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and client information for future follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales process.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or tele sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Salary:
AED 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission
