Telesales Agent

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to present real estate properties and services.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects through various channels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about property listings, pricing, and market trends.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients post-viewing to address any questions or concerns.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and local regulations.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
