Telesales Representative - Real Estate

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The objective is to expand the firm by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
• Addressing any customer queries and complaints to preserve company’s reputation
• Maintaining and updating database with customer information
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Tele sales Agent experience or other sales/customer service expertise
• Experience of meeting sales targets, ideally over the experience of meeting sales targets, ideally over the phone.
• Knowledge of products and services and the ability to describe and explain them to potential customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation skills with the capacity to address concerns and complaints
