JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Lady Telesales Marketer required NOW for our Real Estate Company.
Starting Salary AED 3,500 plus commissions and benefits. Full time.
We are a real estate company operating since 2002 and we have established ourselves as one of the only luxury boutique agency in Dubai. We have expanded our business and we have a new addition and representative in UK property market.
Duties:
• Work on UK based projects in order to sell and generate revenues.
• Explain property details, services and prices and answer questions from customers.
• Go extra mile to meet sales target and to facilitate future sales
• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone, Whatsapp and Facebook in order to solicit sales for properties or services.
• To set up value added services after answering the primary query of customers with strong communication and selling skills.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent English communication skills and 1-2 years experience as a Telesales Agent.
• Speaks in an accent that is fully understood and appreciated by the customers of different race and region nationwide.
• Has extensive understanding and ability to deliver product information and satisfy potential customer.
• Confident and presentable, a self-starter and hardworking.
• Candidate must be already in Dubai, on transferable or visit visa.
• Candidate must be at least a holder of high school diploma or equivalent with ready UAE Foreign Ministry attested educational diploma/certificate.
