JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Main responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Give a basic tour of the Creative Center for visitors
• Ensure that all visitors to the I Creative Center are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times
• Deal promptly and efficiently to visitor queries
• Connect visitors with the relevant sales contacts on purchasing queries
• Make note of any questions/requests that come through that need to be looked at.
• Update contact list for SCC when necessary

Objectives:

CREATIVE CENTER COORDINATOR TEMP - GENERAL
• Learn the general overview and functions of the Creative Center space
• Open and lock the door for hours of operation
• Ensure cleaner has finished cleaning by 10 am each day
• Answer Creative Center phone line
• Schedule bookings in for meeting room and work desks, liaising with colleagues
• Ensure all displays and exhibits are correct, neat and tidy at all times
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks including emails as and when required
• Liaise with logistics agency and warehouse if/when needed for any urgent matters
• Liaise with the d3 team if/when needed for any urgent matters
• Liaise with a wider team when needed
• Keep a daily log of visitors
• Number required: 1
• Duration: Thursday 20th December (Handover) Sunday 23rd to Monday 24th December (2 days) Wednesday 26th to 27th December (2 days) Sunday 30th to 31st December (2 days) Wednesday 2nd to 3rd January (2 days)
• Desired start date: 20th December
• Gross monthly base salary: 250 AED/Day

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Would prefer University degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE:
• More than 2 years - Administrative Level

OTHER SPECIAL SKILLS:
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Experience working in a retail or showroom environment
• Background knowledge on art, design, architecture, jewelry, fashion or film
• Languages: Proficient in English
