JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Temporary HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, with a focus on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Your contributions will help ensure our projects are staffed with top talent, keeping our operations running smoothly in the busy construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company - blue collar and white collar.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and channels to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure the best fit for the organization's needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting them on various job portals.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our HR management system.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Salary:
AED
6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
