JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Exciting opportunity to work with an established contractor providing civil and building construction services to government and private clients in the UAE. The successful candidate will head up a small team of estimators and will be responsible for:
- Management of various tenders.
- Production and review of all estimates before they are being submitted
- Monitor the results of the tenders
- Ensure estimates are competitive in the current market and the potential project is feasible
- Develop estimating procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Applicants should meet the following criteria;
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- A proven track record of working as an Estimating Manager within a civil construction environment
- Western Educated is a must
- Based in the UAE Able to use estimation software
