JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position: Territory Service In-charge (GCC)
Job Description: Responsible for all customer service related activities across GCC including but not limited to:
1. Expand Service Network in sync with business growth plans.
2. Satisfactorily attend to dealer customer care assistance requirement and organize satisfactory resolution.
3. Monitor & control the health status of service calls.
4. Plan & organize project services.
5. Plan & organize service camps.
6. Organize for attending proactive service progressively.
7. Be part of business development team for new distributor appointment or high value project pitching.
8. Plan and organize/do Open Market Plumber Training.
9. Organize Open Market Plumber Site Plumber Training / Assistance (On Job Training (OJT))
10. Do service personal knowledge enhancement.
11. Monitor & ensure customer delight.
12. Plan and organize spares inventory and keep track of it.
13. Attend to escalation and ensure immediate redressal.
14. Attend, authenticate & process material claim / commercial pertaining to Customer Care.
15. Visit dealers on regular basis.
16. Attend dealer, builder, architect etc. meet for representing Customer Care.
17. Provide to HO details and product feedback on frequency asked.
18. Organize for providing warranty certificate to dealer & project and capture details in system for filled in received.
19. Travel across GCC locations as and when required.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
1. Valid driving license for UAE.
2. Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Facilities Engineer by education.
3. Sound knowledge of MEP, especially plumbing/bathroom fittings.
4. Troubleshooting skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Customer Service attitude.
7. Team leading qualities.
8. Proficient in MS Office and computer usage.
