JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee product line lifecycles, manage production resources, and drive process improvements aligned with cost, quality, and quantity goals. - Supervision: Efficiently oversee subordinates, ensuring work alignment with procedures and policies.
- Budget Control: Prepare and monitor department budgets, manage expenses, and address financial variances.
- Process Optimization: Implement systems, upgrade SOPs, and drive TPM initiatives for improved efficiency.
- Daily Operations: Manage production efficiently, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet budget and planning goals.

REQUIREMENTS

- Production Efficiency: Lead teams, enforce SOPs, optimize production, and achieve planned volumes.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality, address defects, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Compliance & Improvement: Ensure regulatory compliance, supervise projects, and promote change management and continuous improvement for a safe working environment.
