JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Top Architecture practice are delivering prestigious Tower in Dubai, designed by World Class Design Architect and seek a Professional Site Architect to manage it on site.
Reporting into the Construction Director, this Professional will be managing on site team of Architects and Engineers, managing contractor relations, liaising with the Client, overall ensuring the successful delivery of this prestigious project, within budget and within timeframes.
REQUIREMENTS
20 years experienced Architect, post graduation of a Degree in Architecture, this professional will have proven track record of successful on site delivery in the UAE/GCC.
Tower experience is required.
Expertise in D.M regulations, Construction and Technical knowledge is required, teamed with polished presentation and communication skills to manage client, contractor and internal team relationships.
