JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multinational retail business, is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager with 3 years trade marketing experience in retail, FMCG or consumer goods to support the retail partners and distributors with their trade marketing activities

Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans across stores in the region
- Ensure retail partners and distributors are supported throughout to ensure the successful execution of agreed plans
- Establish a regional monitoring and evaluation system to assess the success of trade plans
- Act as a central point between sales, marketing, design for launches, innovations and global events
- Manage company budget process

REQUIREMENTS

- 3 years trade marketing experience within retail, FMCG or consumer goods sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to influence and manage a successful relationship with business partners
- Must have experience in the region, preferably in the UAE
