Traffic Foreman

Waagner Biro is seeking a skilled Traffic Foreman with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will oversee traffic control operations, ensure compliance with the Traffic Management Plan, and support construction activities while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic Control Operations:
- Perform all traffic control operations and manage personnel involved.
- Ensure smooth and safe flow of traffic during construction activities.

Safety Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with the approved Traffic Management Plan in all operations.

Traffic Management Administration:
- Administer the Traffic Management Plan in coordination with Construction Managers.
- Maintain field operations in strict compliance with the plan.

Operational Support:
- Ensure timely execution of traffic control operations to support ongoing construction activities.

Supervision and Leadership:
- Provide limited supervision to team members through motivation, direction, and feedback.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
