JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Calling all hospitality training specialists! Here is your chance to work for a top hospitality operator in the UAE.

Job duties:
• Create, design and implement learning initiatives to support business needs.
• Engage with colleagues and guests.
• Create, design and deliver customized training solutions to support business needs.
• Have fun at work and demonstrate the chicken-dance when necessary.
• Build proactive partnerships with Heads of Departments and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain training data to provide customized training reports for the business.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure to deliver excellence with each project.
• Deliver happiness in the workplace.

REQUIREMENTS

• UK Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years in Assistant Manager Training position
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good Powerpoint and Word computer skills
• Excellent Advanced Excel skills
• Data Analysis and evaluation
• Experience in using any LMS (Learning Management System)
• CIPD or ATD Certificate in Training & Development are desirable but not essential.
