Trainer for an International QSR

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team at an International Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in the UAE. The Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees receive the necessary training to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards in food preparation and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, a strong understanding of QSR operations, and a commitment to upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, food safety, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and create customized programs to address specific areas of improvement
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews, and make adjustments as necessary
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve training methods and content
- Provide support and guidance to employees to enhance their professional development and career growth within the organization
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation to track employee progress and compliance with training requirements

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Trainer or Training Manager in the QSR or food service industry, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and operational standards
- Certification in training and development, instructional design, or related field is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that drive performance improvement and meet organizational objectives
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems, and multimedia tools to create engaging and interactive training materials
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
