JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This opportunity is with a large Holding Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
You would be reporting to the Head of HR, you would be responsible to identify training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line managers and human resource department. You will plan, direct and deliver training and development programmes, on-boarding and induction. You will select appropriate training methods and ensure employees receive the required training. You will conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of company performance management programs to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results,You will assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful you would ideally possess 3 to 5 years of experience in training and development, and experience within the HR department. You would hold a Degree in HR or any related field.
