JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Reporting directly to the Middle East Training Manager, the Training Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Training team, organise and maintain efficient administration of all aspects of training and provide day-to-day assistance to the trainers and manager. The Training Coordinator will manage the training school receptionist.

Main Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- Is the point of contact for all suppliers, trainers, brands and attendees
- Provide administrative support to the Training Manager & all trainers
- Communicate the Training calendar to the stores and follow up on attendance
- Fully responsible of brand training manage in-store brand training calendar and coordinate with Senior Trainer for in-class brand training
- Compile training policies and procedures decided with the Training Manager
- Ensure records of all attendance update reports accordingly
- Ensure participants get accurate information on training date, time & location and other relevant information
- Prepare and provide training certificates to the trainers
- Send and follow up on post training documents/surveys
- Record and update room bookings for training events and meetings
- Follow up on participants lists

Training School Logistics
- Manage the receptionist and follow up on her daily tasks (travel coordination, supplies order, supplies and material inventory, catering arrangements and training rooms set up)
- With the help of the Receptionist, monitor stocks of training materials and catering items, reordering as appropriate
- With the help of the Receptionist, prepare training material, copies, binders, evaluation forms, etc before every training
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve management of the training school.
- Identify problem areas, recommend solutions, and propose changes to existing training/school procedures

REPORTING
- Prepare and follow-up on training invoices and billing
- Work closely with the Training Managers and trainers to update training reports & budget follow up

REQUIREMENTS

- Female
- English speaker (Arabic is a +)
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Excellent presentation skills & communication skills (oral & written)
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
