JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Main Purpose Of The Job

Provide training and development administrative support to the MESA (Middle East and South Asia) Regional L&D Advisor, supporting and implementing various L&D initiatives across the region. Primary responsibility for development of Early Career Professionals (ECPs) in the MESA region.

The role will provide administrative support for internal and external (project-based) ECPs for areas including but not limited to:

* Induction and mandatory training requirements
* Learning systems and platforms
* Technical, behavioural and soft skills training support
* Training schedule and resource coordination
* Reporting (training completion statistics, ROI and spend, and feedback)

Key Responsibilities And Duties:

The role will primarily focus on the following:

ECPs and Graduates (Middle East):

* Weekly management of training logistics including weekly catch up calls with the project team to report on completion rates for agreed training activities
* Monthly and quarterly reporting on training completion statistics and budget
* Weekly liaison with the client ECPs for progress reporting purposes
* Coordinating logistics with the SMEs for the agreed training as per the client training calendar
* Managing training calendar including dates, locations, attendees
* Updating and reconciling training budget
* Administration of paper work where required for the delivery of training by SMEs
* Process Learning Point enrollments and uploading of courses onto Learning Point
* Coordinating assignment of mentors
* Manage communications with client ECPs
* Act as point of contact for all Learning Point queries

ECPs and Graduates (India):

* Support the L&D Advisor for India in the administration of agreed enhancements to current graduate development programme
* Coordination of India Graduate Development steering committee activities
* Maintain and report on graduate development/ECP activities in India
* Provide administrative support to Mentor/mentee support regarding Upgrade, and follow up on completion of activities including review meetings
* Facilitate scheduling of learning events across each year of the programme
* Communicate with graduates on a regular basis to ensure the effectiveness of the learning process
* Administrative support for the enrollment of ECPs onto applicable and suitable chartership schemes
* Logistical support and bookings for the annual launch event and any subsequent events during the year

Mott MacDonald Middle East:

* Execute administrative duties relating to the ECP initiative in region including ensuring alignment of communication, events and efforts across the units
* Specifically, administrative tasks relating to training and development activities relating to ECPs
* Coordination of ECP specific induction & on boarding plans
* Support liaison with universities and institutions as required, including booking attendance to events Develop and manage training reports relating to Upgrade and Learning Point
* Research, capture and evaluate the L&D needs of current graduates within the MME Business

General L&D Activities:

* Manage and coordinate access to and promote use of learning systems, course catalogues, induction training material
* Provide training and support for all Mott MacDonald Learning Systems
* Monitor completion of applicable E - Learning courses
* Facilitate scheduling of training events
* Maintain required communications related to learning initiatives and maintain a comprehensive file of work; project documentation and course folders
* Provide timely and informative reports regarding training completion, budget spend, feedback, and ROI
* Coordinate L&D communications, update and maintain the L&D pages on Compass
* Issue requests for further information regarding bookings to training codes
* Coordinate and support talent management activities
* Manage training materials and printing as required

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Candidate Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration or any other relevant discipline. 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role supporting a L&D or HR function

* Fast learner with an outgoing personality
* Capable of building a network within the company
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Development Requirements:

* To demonstrate progressive proficiency and competency to deliver and facilitate training
* Develop one's own knowledge of evaluation of training methodology
* Research industry best practice approaches for innovations in learning
