JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Training Manager Up To 12k Aed For A 5-Star Hotel In Fujairah
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 27 – 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree graduate or Diploma holder
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role
• Has strong background traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Has excellent communication and leadership skills
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Fujairah, UAE
REQUIREMENTS
Salary up to 12,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
