Training Manager/Operations up to 12k Aed+ for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai
• POSITION: Training Manager/Operations
• SALARY: 12,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately or 1 month maximum
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full Time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related course
• Minimum 5-6 years of similar work experience in the same field
• Must have strong knowledge in franchise
• Knowledgeable in design and deliver training courses and workshops
• Can utilize a variety of methods such as train the trainer, face to face and virtual courses
• Extensive management and development of Training and Development team members
• Must be a confident public speaker with excellent presentation skills and an engaging training style
• Excellent personal organization and time management skills
• Computer confident, proactive and enjoys learning new IT systems
• Proficiency in MS Applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
