JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking a skilled Training Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. This role involves, assessing training needs, developing training materials and delivering training sessions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and Implement Training Calendar: Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Develop Training Modules: Create and customize training modules that meet the specific requirements of the company.
- Administer Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the administration and functionality of the LMS to support effective training delivery.
- Develop E-Learning Modules: Design and implement e-learning modules to enhance accessibility and engagement in training programs.
- Maintain Training Records: Keep accurate records of attendance, feedback, certificates, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate Across Departments: Collaborate with various departments, managers, locations, and employees to ensure cohesive training efforts.
- Analyze Training Feedback: Evaluate participant feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Focus on Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI): Conduct analyses to determine training needs and align programs accordingly.
- Administer Training Sessions: Organize and deliver training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Technical Training in Facility Management, Construction.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with training videos, content
- Good Communitions skills
- Strong Analytical skills.
