JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client an Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Training Manager to manage their training function. This will be a standalone role looking after the end to end training function.

* Have end-to-end experience (i.e., initiate TNA, design Training plan, vendor sourcing, MIS, Training Budget management, ROI, Assessments, etc.,)
* Strong background in training

* Good at MS Excel & Powerpoint
* Good Communication skill
* Minimum 4-5 years L&D experience in banking
