JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Train on target technologies
• Project manage systems implementations and enhancements initiatives
• Contract management
• Vendor management
• Procurement management
• Team management
• Write requirements documents and manage the overall system usage, support, and direction.
• Assist Technical Developers to perform technical changes in FIS Quantum as per needed requirements.
• Perform technical configurations on FIS Quantum and other systems.
• Understand target systems thoroughly
• Advise on best practice
• Engage with the software development life Cycle with business members
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)• Excellent presentation and consultancy skills
• Knowledge and experience of implementing and configuring corporate treasury systems (Experience with Quantum is preferred) and other financial systems
• Able to demonstrate experience supporting Treasury Front, Middle, or Back Office functions
• Very strong cash and liquidity management knowledge
• Experience of defining accounting and posting rules for all Treasury products and instruments
• In depth knowledge of trade life cycle management (MM, FX, Fixed Income, Equity, Interest Rate Derivatives and Structured Products) and must have the capability to read and interpret deal term sheets
• Experience in engaging with business for requirements definition and analysis, workshop facilitation and documentation
• Project Management Experience
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills
• Experience with designing Power BI reports and dashboards (or other reporting tools)
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT specialists (e.g. application support, network infrastructure team etc.)
• Software Development Life Cycle experience (SDLC, preferred)
• Treasury Experience (10+ years preferred but can accept less depending on interview, minimum 5 years)
• Systems integrations experience (nice to have)
• Experience with treasury ePayment lifecycle and tools (Must, Trax/Payment Hub preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
