As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement and supply chain functions of the organization. Description

* Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation of contracts, and purchase order creation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for our operations.
* Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
* Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost targets.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, forecasting, and optimization to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure effective communication.

REQUIREMENTS

* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
