As a Job Evaluation Specialist, you will work on conducting the end-to-end job evaluation processes, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and aligned with organisational objectives, while also providing expert guidance and support to on job grading and alignment.

Description
* Conduct the end-to-end process of reviewing and offering feedback and action plans post-job evaluation reviews.
* Monitor the effectiveness and sustainability of changes following job evaluations.
* Deliver job evaluation consultative engagements, offering expert guidance on methodologies.
* Deliver interactive sessions with job evaluation practitioners.
* Provide expert advice on job grading, promoting equity and consistency.
* Ensure the alignment of job roles with organisational goals for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure the maintenance of a transparent job evaluation system with clear policy guidance.
* Ensure accurate job classification and grading through audits.
* Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to job evaluation policies.
* Provide support in conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of job evaluation policies.

Requirements:
* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional certifications in job evaluation, HR, or related areas. (CCP, Hay Group Job Evaluation Certification, Mercer Job Evaluation Certification, GGS)
* Extensive experience in job evaluation and human resource management within complex organisations.
* Proven track record of improving job evaluation processes and outcomes.
* Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops on job evaluation.
* In-depth knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and best practices
