JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The job involves providing operational support for Administrative Affairs. This includes managing events, evaluating non-accredited programs and faculty workshops, supporting projects, coordinating operational duties, and providing complex administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:
• Manage events and programs for a university's academic affairs, administrative affairs
• Coordinate logistics, budgeting, security, and vendor management for events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and awards ceremonies
• Manage non-accredited programs and workshops, evaluate attendee satisfaction and learning outcomes, and support project planning and execution
• Manage human resources and financial administration support for the administration teams
• Coordinate travel arrangements for senior management, if required
• Perform administrative duties such as creating meeting agendas, recording minutes, and creating reports and presentations

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements and Knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Minimum 5 years' experience in events management, learning and development, or administrative role
• At least 2 years' experience managing events in a university or academic institution
• Experience in creating budgets and managing financial administration
• Proficiency in survey design and administration
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing executive travel bookings
• Arabic language speaker preferred
