JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for all arbitration & litigation matters fully managing and leading the Dispute Prevention & Resolution unit
• Guiding & advising corporate & business units on preventative methodologies and monitor its implementation
• Manage, initiate, instruct, and monitor all cases before they are escalated for court litigation locally as well as internationally

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:
• Certified Lawyer with UAE registration and licensing
• UAE National with family book
• 4-10+ years of post-qualification legal advisory experience within a legal firm or as an in-house legal counsel
• Experience with local and international arbitration and litigation (preferably within the banking and financial services industry)
