Description
* Lead the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections
* Supervise a team of AR accountants and support their development
* Manage customer accounts, monitor ageing reports, and follow up on outstanding payments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve billing processes
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
* Assist in monthly closing activities and reporting

Requirements:
* UAE National with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field* 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
* Strong understanding of billing systems, ERP tools, and AR best practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
