JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Review the weekly COGS results in order to prepare and monitor the stock level activities
• Ensure proper maintenance and adherence to set standards by monitoring appliance of hygiene and OH&S requirements
• Enforce a "Customer First Attitude" through training staff to deliver high standards of customer service
• Analyze daily sales and cost figures and leverage all operational tools to improve financial performance
• Prepare weekly staff lists, constantly monitor and manage store staffing positions to achieve and maintain operational requirements
• Gather customers feedback in order to better understand their needs and improve products/services accordingly
• Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, settng deadlines, monitoring results and quality
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience within F&B operations/cafe, out of which 1-2 years in a similar role
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a major plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
