InSite, an allied practice of KEO, is now seeking an exceptional Urban Designer to join our award winning team in Abu Dhabi.

This critical role will work under the direction of a Senior Associate or Associate Level Urban Designer and in collaboration with other team members on master planning, urban development, and governance projects across all KEO markets.

REQUIREMENTS

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;

* Assisting in the preparation of conceptual, preliminary and detailed urban designs, site layouts and supporting materials (reports, maps, drawings) for master planning and urban development projects.
* Assisting in the preparation of development control regulations, urban design guidelines, and other related planning and urban design standards for master planning and urban development projects.
* Assisting in the preparation of urban designs that respond to existing regulatory requirements and guidelines for master planning and urban development projects.
* Coordinating with other disciplines involved in master planning and urban development projects.
* Assisting in the preparation and presentation of plans and reports to the client and regulators.

To be successful in this role we welcome interest from graduate candidates through to those whom possess a minimum of 4+ years career experience. A Bachelor Degree in Urban Design or equivalent is essential whilst a Masters level qualification will be highly regarded.

Professional certification as well as experience across the MENA Region will be viewed favourably.
