JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Completes a wide variety of complex engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline.
- Utilities Engineer will perform a variety of professional civil engineering work in the operation, design, construction, maintenance and repair of structures and facilities which may include but are not limited to water supply, water distribution, wastewater collection activities, storm drainage and irrigation systems.
- Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications like WaterCAD, SewerCAD and StormCAD.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.
- Responsible for reviewing/revising all utilities designs related to the civil works (Dry & Wet) such as storm drainage, irrigation, water supply and waste water systems with all engineering disciplines in the office.
- Provides direction and ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment.
- Plans, organizes and manages the work to ensure optimal use of resources and workload

REQUIREMENTS

- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other design and presentation software packages such as Water Cad, SewerCad, StormCad, etc.

Desirable
- A familiarity with International and local codes and standards.
- GCC experience will be an advantage.
