JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking to recruit for an experienced Vice President of Learning to join a large, well-respected organisation in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is someone that has a Financial Services/ Investment background.

As a VP of Learning, you are expected to have a strong experience in independently running TNA processes.

* Overseeing the implementation of a new LMS.
* Designing, developing and delivering trainings to a headcount of around 800.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance, IT or equivalent
* Minimum of 8 years' experience
* Must have a background working in Financial Services, Banking or Investments industry
* Must have experience in leading Training Needs Analysis
* Must have experience designing & implementing leadership development programs
* Must have experience implementing LMS
* EXPATs highly encouraged to apply
