JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Visa Application Processing:
- Handle the end-to-end visa application process for various types of visas (tourist, business, etc.), ensuring timely submission and processing for clients.
Client Consultation:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and costs for different countries.
Documentation Review:
- Assist clients in preparing necessary documents, ensuring all requirements are met according to the respective embassy or consulate guidelines.
Coordination with Embassies/Consulates:
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and relevant government authorities to track the progress of visa applications and ensure timely approvals.
Follow-Up and Updates:
- Keep clients informed about the status of their visa applications and any additional steps required.
Problem Solving:
- Assist clients in addressing visa-related issues, such as delays, denials, or missing documents.
Collaboration with Travel Team:
- Work closely with the travel and ticketing departments to synchronize visa processing with travel bookings, ensuring smooth travel plans for clients.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide high-quality service, responding to client inquiries promptly and maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach at all times.
Stay Updated:
- Keep up to date with changes in visa regulations and procedures, particularly in regions popular for tourism.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role within the tourism or travel industry.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of visa regulations and processes, particularly for popular tourist destinations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using visa processing software and general office tools (MS Office).
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, and other languages) preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Familiarity with Dubai’s tourism market and related government visa processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel.
