JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A prestigious luxury travel company in the UAE is seeking an exceptional VP of Brand and Corporate Communications. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a proven background as a Director of Marketing or similar role, ideally from the luxury hotel, F&B, or travel sector, with experience in the GCC and/or international markets.

- Extensive experience in branding and communications strategy
- Demonstrated success in luxury markets, with a focus on high-impact storytelling and brand building
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive brand engagement

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing and communications leader with a strong background in luxury sectors, particularly in the hotel, F&B, or travel industry. They will bring a solid understanding of both GCC and international markets.

- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies that elevate luxury positioning.
- Luxury Market Expertise: Experience appealing to high-net-worth audiences through brand storytelling and engagement.
- GCC & International Experience: Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, complemented by a global perspective.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and stakeholder influence skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of measurable brand impact and customer engagement.
- Communication Excellence: Skilled at representing the brand across various channels and audiences.

Salary:
AED 60,000 to 80,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
