iConnect are currently working with a major hospitality developer in the Dubai.
They are currently have an expanding portfolio of exclusive 5* hotel and hotel apartments in UAE.
They are looking for an experienced VP Human Resources with a strong track record in hospitality human resources to head up the HR function, overseeing the whole portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
The suitable candidate will have extensive pre-opening experience, and should have had excellent employee welfare exposure,and enjoy that element of the role.
You must have international brand background in hotels with cluster experience.
