Description
* Oversee the management of Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Servers, VMware ESXi, NAS/SAN, Fortinet, and wireless networking.
* Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure, balancing hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
* Lead a team, implement IT change management, and optimize patch management and infrastructure monitoring.
* Collaborate with senior business leaders to align IT strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in systems and network infrastructure, ideally in financial services (private equity, asset management, SWF), law firms, or family offices).* Strong technical expertise in on-prem and cloud infrastructure with a deep understanding of security, compliance, and high-performance IT environments.
* Exceptional presentation skills.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCNA, ITIL).
* Proven experience in leading IT teams and driving technology transformation.
* Ability to be a hands on leader.
