JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Waiter to join our dynamic team in a prestigious Restaurant located in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while showcasing a deep understanding of our menu offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Present menus to guests and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are complete and presented beautifully.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and promptly address any concerns or requests.
- Prepare tables for dining by setting up linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
