JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions
• Take accurate food and drink orders using an order-taking system or notepad
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and good multitasking abilities
• Basic math skills for handling payments and orders
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
