Job Description
- Greet and serve the guest by NOVOTEL standards of food and beverages in terms of quality, presentation, sanitation in a gracious and professional manner.
- Follow up daily outlet operation task by helping and acting. Display hospitality through positive personality with both guest and fellow associates.
- Take pride in all facets of service with a clean professional appearance and keep a sparkling clean dining room at all times.
- Self-motivated with a focus on guest satisfaction & deliver service excellence.
- Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- High School diploma / Bachelors Degree
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
- Passion for excellent service
- Excellent team player
- English speaking
