JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Customer & Economics:
• Responsible in ensuring that guests are provided with excellent services at all times.
• Maintains all service equipment & utensils correctly to relevant standards of hygiene & safety.
• Contributes on achievement of sales, gross profits & net profits.
• Helps in controlling & reduction of operating expenses.
Products & Standards:
• Responsible with F&B menu knowledge & standards to ensure that guest receives the correct information regarding the food/beverages & served accordingly.
• Reports any concerns regarding quality of food/beverages/standards to management as soon as noticed.
Process & Stock:
• Ensures that standards are followed such as;
• Training Schedules
• Sequence of Service
• Stock Handling
People Management:
• Maintains strong positive relationships with management & colleagues.
• Team Player at all times
• Adheres to all company policy including attendance, leave etc.
• Follows & promotes quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic & Trades Qualifications
• College degree is preferred.
• A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
Education Requirements
• Secondary Education or Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 1-year experience in similar field.
• Know-how of F&B Operations & Customer Service Skills
• Expected to work flexible hours
• Good communication skills

• Able to work under pressure
• Passionate & has sense of responsibility
