- Responsible for all warehouse activities
- Responsible for the proper and timely handling of all shipments including compliance with all applicable regulations
- Responsible for the leadership of employees and organization in the department (team meeting, feedback to the employees, vacation, overtime planning, sick leave, etc.)
- Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient warehouse administration
- Responsible for the introduction and initial training for new employees
- General identification of training demand
- Definition and monitoring of the yearly logistic investment budget
- Monitoring, analysis and improvement of all logistical processes
- Implementing cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
- Assuring proper documentation for all logistical processes
- Responsible for all WMS-processes in the Goods Inwards and Goods Outwards
- WMS-First-Level Support for DTAE
- Responsible for managing the storage locations
- Responsible for the compliance with all legal, health, safety and clean environment requirements
- Responsible for the equipment in the warehouse
- Responsible for the physical execution of the yearly sample inventory
- First contact in the case of strategic topics and projecPeriodically reporting to DTDE about the current logistical situation
- Support of the daily business of the department in all aspects
- Responsible for the goal achievement of the department
