JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage and coordinate a fleet of trucks and drivers for efficient delivery and distribution.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain a high level of productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and tracking.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in a high-volume environment.• Strong knowledge of route management, fleet operations, and logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce operations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
