JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Accept and document driver concerns and technical issues using the vehicle checklist.
- Inspect vehicles based on the specified points in the vehicle checklist.
- Provide the vehicle inspection checklist to the Service Coordinator for job card creation.
- Assign suitable technicians to jobs after receiving the job card.
- Write technical reports and attach them to job cards, including parts tags and invoices, before handing over to the final quality controller.
- Request required spare parts from the storekeeper if not available in stock.
- Plan and manage the service center workflow, ensuring a neat and clean environment.
- Ensure technicians follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and promote safety awareness.
- Act as a technical advisor for technicians needing further assistance.
- Report any difficulties, abnormal incidents, or issues within the service center or fleet.
Requirements:
- UAE or Gulf experience is mandatory. Candidates should have experience in garage/workshop.- Nationality: Indian, Nepali, Pakistani.
- Work location: Abu Dhabi.
- Salary is all-inclusive. The company will provide only transportation, medical, and visa.
Salary:
AED
5,100 to 6,600
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
