JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Yacht Deckhand
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3,500 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track records in retail, fashion, hospitality, interior design and real estate industries.
Job Role:
• Ensures the maintenance of the exterior of the vessel
• Maintains cleanliness of the yacht wash downs, stainless polishing, waxing
• Assists bosun and mate in maintenance projects; sanding and taping up for varnishing or painting, caulking, filling
• Continues learning of yacht maintenance, operations and systems; line handling, tender driving, navigation, safety, water sports
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• High School diploma or any relevant certificate
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the same role
• Excellent seafaring knowledge
• Knowledge in Health and Safety
• Excellent navigational skills
• Excellent leadership, etiquette, and communication skills
