JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client in Uganda, one of largest Printing companies in East Africa is looking for Assistant Sales Manager to join Commercial Department in Uganda. This critical role will be to manage a team of 10- 12 marketing executives, serve key clients directly, and contribute to the growth of the B2B Sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve annual sales targets and drive profitability
• Maintain and enhance client relationships with multinational and local organizations
• Manage team productivity, recruitment, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to increase market share
Requirements:
Requirements:• Ability to live & work in Uganda.
• MBA/MA/MSc in Sales & Marketing (preferred), or BA in Sales & Marketing/Managemen
• 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing in the printing industry
• Proven experience managing a sales team of 10+ membe
• Strong understanding of sheetfed offset & large format printing processe
• Experience in competitive markets with large competitor
• Prior experience in Africa's printing industry is an advantage.
Salary:
USD
1,800 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
