The Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support our expanding Dubai operations. This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in contract management, operations, warehouse management, or logistics leadership within 3PL, 4PL, or supply chain environments. You will manage all contract lifecycle activities, drive compliance, and work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, warehouse, procurement, and commercial.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and negotiate logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transportation contracts
• Oversee contract compliance for 3PL, 4PL, and end-to-end supply chain solutions
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, procurement, and commercial teams to optimize contract delivery
• Manage WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transport Management Systems), and logistics technology contracts
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations
• Support tendering, pricing, and proposal processes for major logistics projects
• Act as the main point of contact for contract queries, amendments, and dispute resolution
• Implement best practices in contract management, supply chain optimization, and warehouse operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field• 5+ years’ experience in contract management, operations, warehouse management, or logistics within a 3PL/4PL environment
• Proven experience with WMS, TMS, and logistics technology contracts
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
• Open to candidates from operations, warehouse, or supply chain leadership backgrounds
