The Role

The Digital Analyst to join their Ecommerce team, playing a vital role as a key member of the Digital Experience function. You will work collaboratively with UX designers, developers, product managers, marketing, and merchandising teams, as well as third-party partners.

Roles and Responsibilities as Digital Analyst:

- Enhance the user experience and optimize conversions on ecommerce website and its localized versions.
- Focus to leverage data insights to drive improvements through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program and communicate key findings to the organization.
- Conduct detailed analysis of online customer behaviour to assess the performance of website and digital journeys.
- Take the lead in delivering analytics capability, includes providing valuable customer insights, supporting CRO program, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data through robust tracking and tagging methods.
- Ensure optimisation and development and strategic focus that ultimately drives revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Requirements for this Digital Analyst:

- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a data analytics-focused role, either within an agency or on the client-side.
- Knowledge of tag management tools, preferably Adobe Launch or Tealium
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative research tools such as Content Square, Hotjar, and Medallia.
- Strong numerical skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Excel to support and guide decision-making for website improvements.
- Proven hands-on experience utilizing Adobe Analytics, particularly in data interrogation and reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of SQL or relevant experience would be highly beneficial.
