JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Perform in-depth financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for projects and portfolios.
• Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk, identify trends, and develop strategies for sustainable growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape.
• Support the development and execution of investment strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or CFA qualification is highly desirable.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, or related roles within the UK market.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in financial tools and software such as Excel, Bloomberg, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, or development projects is a plus.
