Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial 360 Recruiter to take full ownership of building their client base, sourcing candidates, and closing successful placements. This is a salary plus commission-based role ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a results-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and secure new clients to establish and grow a robust client portfolio.
1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their recruitment requirements.
2. Source and attract high-quality candidates for a diverse range of roles across multiple industries.
3. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process.
4. Negotiate and finalize business terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
5. Build a consistent pipeline of business opportunities to drive growth and sustain performance.
6. Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent availability.
7. Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and progress using appropriate tools.
8. Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in 360 recruitment or a similar role.2. Proven ability to independently acquire and manage new clients.
3. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
4. Excellent sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport.
Salary:
GBP
24,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commissions
