JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and focus on the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy sector and proven success in recruiting top talent for various roles within the industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for connecting skilled professionals with leading companies in the Oil and Gas sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Oil and Gas industry to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions
- Source, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications and experience align with the requirements of the positions in the Oil and Gas sector
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, coordinating client interviews, and facilitating job offers
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiation of compensation and benefits packages
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and talent availability to advise clients and candidates on the latest developments in the Oil and Gas sector

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably focused on the Oil and Gas industry
- In-depth knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector, including key players, market dynamics, and specific job roles within the industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates at all levels
- Strong ability to assess candidates' technical skills and industry-specific qualifications for roles in the Oil and Gas sector
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent to clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
